We own a specialty toy store and have an exclusivity clause in our lease that states the landlord cannot lease to any business whose primary business is the sale of childrens toys or games. A year and a half into the lease they leased to a "Games Workshop" store that sells games. While this does not necessarily take away from our business, we are wondering what recourse we might have on this issue.
