Question:
I have a question about my complex. I was late on my rent this month and the apartment complex issued the standard pay-or-vacate notice. The issue I have is with the way the document was displayed. It was left on my door, but with my apartment information and all occupant information facing outward. Is this legal? I am just thinking of someone that passes my door, or anyone for that matter, and all of their information is just handed out to anyone that passes. Please help.
